What will you do during 9 to 10 in the morning?

And the truth is that, whatever you did, you cannot go back to 9 o’clock this morning. No matter whether you think you are regretful for wasting your time, or happy for learning something new, you cannot get the time back.
There are 24 hours a day. It is equal for everybody, and no one will have 1 minute more than others. But you can decide how you spend these hours, and decide how to live your life. Take some time to plan and organize your time that makes sense to you.
I have some tips of managing your time and want to share with you guys. Hopefully they can help!
1.Know what you want from your time, and plan your actions for achieving your goals.
Find your goals, which you want to pursue and will give you most of the long term progress and reward.
Then plan your actions. Convert your goals into a system of specific actions to be done. Make a schedule or a to-do-list for what you are going to do, and keep adjusting the schedule.
Write them down and work for it. There’s one thing that you should know is that they will be a couple of words unless you can work them out.
2.Know and respect the priorities.
Do the most important thing first. Every morning you can take some time to set your performance benchmark. Decide the important priorities and urgent tasks. Urgent tasks have shot-term consequences while important tasks are those with long-term, goal-related implications. Highlight items on your schedule or attaching a deadline to each item can help keep important items from becoming urgent emergencies.
Remember the 80-20 rule that 80 percent of reward comes from 20 percent of effort. One of the aims of time management tips is to help you refocus your mind to give more attention and time to those most important 20 percent.
3.Pay attention to your biological prime time and your emotions.
Are you a morning person, a night owl, or a late afternoon whiz? By knowing when your best time in a day is, you can work for your priorities at that time most effectively and productively.
Procrastination is one reason that will complicate the simple things. When you are avoiding something, break it into smaller tasks and do just one of the smaller tasks or set a timer and work on the big task for just 15 minutes. By doing a little at a time, eventually you’ll reach a point where you’ll want to finish.
4.Reward yourself, even for small success.
For every task that you finish in achieving your goals, promise yourself a reward. Keep your promise to yourself and indulge in your reward. This little reward can prove you are doing a good job and be more confident in the future. What’s more, giving yourself reward can help you maintain the necessary balance in work, life and play. And when you can balance them, you’ll become happier, healthier, and a great deal more creative.
5.Remember that “NO” is not always a rude phrase.
Some people think that saying “NO” is rude and impolite. That’s not true. If you just are saying “yes” to please everyone, you are pleasing nobody, including you. Think about it. You help your friend to deal with something beyond your capacity. If you can make it, that’s ok; if not, you will feel sorry and regret to your friend, and that emotion may lead to quarrels between you…
If you always say “yes” to everyone who asking for help, it’s time for you to change it and learn to say “NO”.
Last but not least, put yourself in every minute. Enjoy yourself there. No matter you are happy or not, because you cannot get even one minute that passes by back. Making good use of working time, and enjoy yourself in leisure time.

A blog post is meant to convey something to your readers. Whether you are sharing information on a certain topic, teaching something, sharing recipes or pictures, think about what the purpose of each post is. Then write accordingly.
Many online business owners use their blogs to establish them as an expert in their field. They can share information on topics in their niche, and others will begin to see them as an authority.
A blog is also meant to connect your with your readers because it allows them to interact with you by leaving comments and asking questions. I saw a film called The Diving Bell and the Butterfly a few years ago. It’s based on the book of the same name. The author, a Frenchman by the name of Jean-Dominique Bauby, suffered a stroke aged 43 that paralyzed his entire body except his left eye, which he used to blink out his memoir with the help of a therapist.
It’s an amazing story, both depressing and inspiring. The author thought he had all the time in the world but then he lost the ability to use his body and realized that his life and the people he loved were much more valuable than he had ever realized previously.
The director of the movie, a prolific American artist called Julian Schnabel, loved the book so much that he learned to speak French to direct the movie. He once summarised his attitude to life thus: “I believe we won’t be judged on whether our actions are good or bad but on how much time we’ve wasted” …
How much time do you feel you’ve wasted?
I feel like I’ve wasted a lot of time. I’ve traveled a lot and worked a lot of different jobs, but lately I’ve been wondering what it is I’ve really achieved. I’ve never worked for more than a few months on any one project and now I find myself asking myself where all the time has gone. We often don’t notice how fast time goes until an anniversary rolls around and you realize that it’s been X amount of years since you graduated high school, or three years since you got married or that it’s been nine years since the September 11 attacks on New York.
